How to request a refund Email hello@shellyskin.com from the address you used to order, or include your order number. Tell us you'd like a refund — you don't owe us a reason. We'll confirm by email once it's done. How long it takes We process refund requests within 2 business days. Once processed, the amount is returned to your original payment method, typically landing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Pre-order reservations Your $9.99 reservation is charged in full at checkout, and it is fully refundable anytime before your order ships — for any reason at all. If we end up delayed past our estimated Summer 2026 window, or we cancel the first production run, we'll reach out and offer you a full refund of everything you paid. Because these are skin-contact cosmetic products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and unused, with the pouch and seal intact — for everyone's hygiene and safety. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping — no need to send it back first. For a standard change-of-mind return after delivery, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we'll refund the product price once it reaches us. A quick, honest note on the product Shelly patches are cosmetic hydrocolloid stickers meant to absorb and protect the look of a blemish overnight. They're a skincare accessory, not a medicine — nothing here is a claim to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
